Injection valve Final check
1. sensor side disassembly
2. Clean with solvent
3. Air purge all and Diaphragm side
4. Assembly
5. adjusting Diaphragm side control valve
6. check heater power line
7. check temperature high limit
8. check temperature low limit
9. Check thermal couple
10. check（Diaphragm side） flow on/off
11. Leak test in side <10 -7 atm cc/s
12. Leak test out side <10 -7 atm cc/s
