DEIONIZER TANK Recycling
□ We have started a service for the recycling of the DEIONIZER TANK used for semiconductor devices.
DEIONIZER TANK regeneration process
① After accepting the DI Tank received from the customer and inspecting it, if there is no problem, remove the old Resin in the dismantling tank of the parts and
Cleaning and drying parts with old Resin attached.
② After confirming the dryness inside the tank, assemble the disassembled parts and restore them to the tank, then connect them to the Resin Charge jig.
③ Use Resin to inject Resin. (Approximately 8 Kg of Resin selected by us is input)
④ After Resin injection, remove from jig and go to Leak Check.
⑤ Leak Test uses N2 and confirms the value after 1 minute of pressurization by comparing with Outlet Pressure Gauge initial input (5 kg/㎠).
⑥ After Leak Test, DI Filter Cleaning and packing.
② After confirming the dryness inside the tank, assemble the disassembled parts and restore them to the tank, then connect them to the Resin Charge jig.
